The Pentagon UFO Videos

Between 2014 and 2015, US Navy pilots encountered and filmed extraordinary objects during training exercises off the East Coast. The “Gimbal” and “Go Fast” videos, later released by the Pentagon, showed objects with capabilities beyond known technology.

The Roosevelt Strike Group

The USS Theodore Roosevelt aircraft carrier was conducting East Coast operations and training exercises during the 2014-2015 period when multiple encounters occurred.

Gimbal Video

In January 2015, F/A-18 footage captured an object rotating with no visible propulsion. A pilot’s exclamation “There’s a whole fleet” can be heard on the recording.

Go Fast Video

In a different 2015 encounter, footage showed an object over water traveling at high speed with no wings, leaving pilots amazed.

The Objects

What pilots observed included objects with no visible propulsion, no control surfaces, extreme maneuvers, rotation capability, and transmedium travel abilities.

The Pilots

Navy aviators including Lieutenant Ryan Graves from multiple squadrons were experienced combat pilots who became credible witnesses and eventually spoke publicly about their experiences.

Daily Encounters

Remarkably, objects were seen daily during operations over a period of months. The routine presence of these phenomena became a safety concern.

AATIP Connection

The Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, led by Luis Elizondo, studied these cases. The historic release of declassified videos came through this program.

December 2017

The public release occurred with a New York Times story featuring the videos. The Pentagon confirmed their authenticity, generating world attention and marking a paradigm shift in how UFO phenomena are discussed.

The official position confirmed that the videos are authentic, the objects remain unidentified, the phenomena are real, and investigation is ongoing. This represented a historic admission.

Performance Characteristics

The objects demonstrated hypersonic speed, instantaneous acceleration, low observability, transmedium capability, and produced no visible exhaust.

Congressional Attention

The government response included hearings being held, a task force being created, ongoing investigation, bipartisan interest, and policy changes.

Pilot Safety

Growing concern emerged as near-misses were reported and airspace was violated. Reporting was encouraged, stigma was reduced, and new protocols were established.

Significance

This represents Pentagon-confirmed UFO footage from military pilots, triggering congressional action and public acknowledgment of the phenomena.

Legacy

The Gimbal and Go Fast videos represent a turning point—official government acknowledgment that unidentified objects with extraordinary capabilities have been encountered by military pilots.
