The Blue Boy
The Radiant Boy is a glowing blue apparition that appears at midnight in the Pink Room, where his cries are heard. Bones were found bricked up in the wall during renovations.
Lady Mary Berkeley
The White Lady, wife of Lord Grey, searches the castle eternally after he abandoned her for her sister. The rustling of her dress is heard as she wanders.
John Sage
The torturer, Edward I’s favorite executioner, killed thousands in the dungeons, and his victims never left. The dungeon remains terrifying to this day.
The Torture Chamber
Original equipment remains on display in this room with a heavy atmosphere. Screams are heard, and evil lingers in this space.
The Grounds
Outside activity includes figures seen in the courtyard, phantom coaches arriving, and ghostly funerals, all recorded by numerous guests over the years.
Today
The castle is privately owned and open for tours with overnight stays possible. Paranormal events are regularly hosted, and the location remains very active.
